Shipping

There is a shipping fee for each individual order. Our unit price for shipping is 175 SEK + VAT for each purchase. This price applies to most of our orders, but if you order bulky or heavy items, or need delivery outside of Sweden, this price may be adjusted to cover our actual shipping costs. Please note that the shipping cost on the order confirmation from the webshop may still be listed as 175 SEK, although this is not always correct.

We can also ship your order with consignee shipping if you prefer. Please contact us if you have your own customer number with a carrier that you would prefer to use for the transportation of your order.

Returns / Exchanges

The item must be unused and in its original packaging, if any. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved by us, we will send a new product or issue a refund. The customer pays the return shipping and the shipping is non-refundable.

Wrong deliveries

Incorrect delivery or missing goods must be reported within 10 days from the invoice date. Contact information can be found under the heading "Contact us".

Transport damage

Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and Geofix AB. Be sure to check your shipment upon receipt. Check that the goods are undamaged and that you have received the correct number of packages compared to the shipping document.

Unclaimed packages

Uncollected packages will be charged shipping costs + 250:- excluding VAT for handling.
